## For AI agents (fast path)

2. POST {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":2,"method":"tools/list"} → tools:
   fetch_video_info, download_video, merge_video, extract_audio
3. POST {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":3,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"download_video","arguments":{"url":"<VIDEO_PAGE_URL>"}}}
   → { file_url, filename, quality, has_sound, slide }
4. GET file_url to download the bytes (merge may take 15–120s; use a long timeout).

## Rules

- Public posts only; private/deleted/login-walled content returns 404.
- Rate limits: fetch 30/min, download 40/min, merge 6/hr, audio 10/hr, mcp 60/min per IP (429 + Retry-After).
- Carousel posts: pass slide=<n> (1-based video number).
- Respect platform Terms and copyright. No keys required.
